A CATALOG OF EXPERIMENTAL ART TOOLS BY ARLO ROBBINS

ARLOTOOLS IS

ArloTools is a creative toolkit of experimental code projects aimed at asset-creators, artists, and anybody who likes exploring and decoding new interfaces and aesthetic processes. Each tool is its own world: a small studio for ideas that would otherwise stay hidden in sketchbooks or hard drives.

Every tool on the site pairs a clear description with a playable demo and a short recording of the work in motion. The goal is immediacy—no digging, no onboarding, just direct access to a live experiment.

WHY IT EXISTS

I make prototypes constantly: instruments for thinking, toys for performers, utilities for archivists, tools for anyone curious enough to try them. ArloTools lets me share those experiments without burying them in folders or letting them fade away.

You’ll find work that spans medium and mood—audio visualizers, glitch engines, thoughtful research aides, and meditative simulations. Use them, remix them, or let them inspire your own practice.
